Ms. Steele supplies all of her work in compliance with BMI, ASCAP and in cooperation with Socan - Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada - an internationally recognized licensing body. Unlicensed stations are responsible for all royalties, legal costs and so forth associated with broadcasting in an unlicensed manner and shall not assume any responsibility on the part of Ms. Steele or her holding company(s) or agents. Royalties for Ms. Steele's work are the responsibility of the station and it's appropriate licensing body thereof.

By downloading or purchasing any content from this site or any other site hosting Ms. Steele's work, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions:

1. You will not syndicate or resell any of the content without the express written permission of Jennifer Steele-Mitchell or her agents.
2. You will not remove or edit ID tags associated with MP3 files provided. Doing so means you agree to pay additionally the full studio rate for the work and pay royalties for each play.
3. You will not edit fully produced content in any fashion without the express written permission of Jennifer Steele-Mitchell or her agents.
4. You are responsible for all music licensing for show content downloaded or music montages provided with your purchase.
5. If purchasing an advertisment for a client, the client will be made aware of the talent who voiced the commercial.
6. Jennifer Steele-Mitchell reserves the right to use any of the work purchased by clients for all future demos.
7. You are responsible for all legal fees should legal action be necessary in a breach of these terms.
8. No work at any time may be used for any adult-only related content or broadcast.

Ms. Steele does archive all work for all clients but is not responsible for any work that has been damaged or lost after you receive it. A $10.00 upload fee is charged to upload your work again for your retreival.

Ms. Steele and her agents offer a $1000 US reward for any information that leads to the the successful prosecution of anyone violating these terms.

All of Ms. Steele's work is recorded in CD quality stereo. See CURRENT TURNOVER on the home page for current length of time to receive Ms. Steele's work.

You will receive your work in one of three ways depending on the quantity you order:

1. Via Email

2. Via Secure FTP Account

3. Via CD

If you are unsatisfied with your work you have 7 days to notify Ms. Steele to have the work re-voiced. Ms. Steele and Associates do not issue refunds. Local purchases with studio may request on-site recording.

Clients who are purchasing studio packages are invited to listen to Ms. Steele's private studio stream while she is voicing your package. Please see the contact area to arrange a time to tune in.
